Apache Web Server
Apache Web Server download page. Apache is the most popular web server and production sites run on some flavor of Unix/Linux, but for some time now there has been a version for testing and development on Win32 platforms that runs just fine on my old win98 se computer. Supports PHP, downloaded separately from php.org, and can be integrated with Tomcat for servlets/jsp (see below).
