Purchase a Citrix® certification practice exam or study guide
To purchase Citrix® certification
online and offline exam simulation, a printable Citrix® practice exam,
or a printable Citrix® study guide, first you must register.
After registering, login, and after logging in,
click on Purchase Products on the home
page.
On the Products page you will see our list of Citrix®
certification preparation products. Click the checkboxes of the product(s)
that you wish to purchase, and then click on the Purchase
button on the bottom of the page. You will then be sent to the Cart
page.
On the Cart page, verify the product(s) that you wish to
purchase, enter a discount code if applicable, and verify your billing information.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button and you will be
sent to the Checkout page.
On the Checkout page, once again, verify that the products
you wish to purchase are listed, verify your billing information, and click
Place order. You will then proceed to a secure credit card
transaction page.
On the credit card transaction page, enter your credit card information
and verify all billing information is correct. Click Submit Transaction.

Product updates
When our Citrix® practice exams
and Citrix® study guides are first released, we will usually put out
updates for the first several days as more study material and questions
are being added. When we do this, we will automatically send the updates
for offline exams and study guides (online exams are automatically updated)
to those who have already purchased the material.
We also update our Citrix® preparation products as mistakes are found.
Mistakes are minimal because of our proof-reading and fact checking techniques,
but once in a while one will still be found. In cases where we update
our material because of mistakes, we do not automatically send out the
updated material, but we do send anyone who requests it an update, provided
they show proof of purchase. So, if you have purchased a study guide or
offline practice exam from us and would like to check for an updated version,
please email
us with proof of purchase and we will gladly send you the update.
