Novell offers eight different certifications. Each certification has its own advantages and unique skillset.
Novell Certified Linux Professional: The demand for Linux expertise is escalating and you need to gain the necessary skills to become a proficient Linux administrator. Novell Certified Linux Engineer 9: We’re taking Linux certification to an entirely new level. The upcoming Novell Certified Linux Engineer 9 certification will help you master advanced SUSE Linux Enterprise Server administration skills. With this certification, you will be in high demand as more and more employers seek talented Linux engineers. In order to receive a Novell certification the candidate must agree to the terms and conditions of the Novell Training Services Certification Agreement.
Certified Novell Administrator (CNA): The CNA is the first certification you should earn, being required for both the CNE and CDE certifications. The CNA certification will teach you the skills needed to support eDirectory and NetWare environments.
Certified Novell Engineer (CNE): The CNE is the IT industry's leading certification on networking and troubleshooting, specifically on NetWare and eDirectory.
Master CNE: The Master CNE is the premier CNE, the person who can perform troubleshooting and implementation tasks on specific types of Novell solutions.
Certified Novell Instructor (CNI): If you would like to teach the Novell certifications, become profitable, and sought after as an education professional, become a CNI.
Novell Academic Instructor (NAI): The NAI certification allows you to teach certified courses at authorized Novell Academic Training Partner or Novell Technical Institute locations.
